Responsible Gambling
Play within your limits: free, confidential help for Canadians, provincial self-exclusion programs and tools to stay in control. 19+ (18+ AB, MB, QC).
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or escape stress. Most people play within their means — but if it stops being fun, help is free, confidential and available right now. You must be 19 or older to gamble in most provinces, and 18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.

Tools that keep you in control
Every regulated operator gives you tools — use them before you need them:
- Deposit limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap so the decision is made in advance.
- Time limits and reality checks. Get reminders of how long you’ve played.
- Time-outs. Take a short break — a day, a week, a month.
- Self-exclusion. Block your own access for a longer period, across a provincial program.
Signs it might be a problem
Consider reaching out if you: spend more time or money than you intended; chase losses; borrow money to gamble; hide your gambling; or feel anxious, irritable or low when you try to stop. None of these means you’ve done anything wrong — they’re simply signals that talking to someone could help.
Our demos are not gambling
The free games on this site — blackjack and roulette — use play money only. Nothing is wagered, nothing is paid out, and they are not gambling. They exist to help you learn the rules without risk. They are still intended for an adult audience.
Play for fun, set a budget, and stop when it stops being enjoyable.
